Cancellations and No Shows:

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.  Late cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the full appointment price.  

Late Arrivals:
If a client is late for a session, the session time cannot be extended.  We need to respect the clients' times who are following your appointment.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates don't expire, but they can be transferred. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded after 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, all sales are final.

Refunds:
No monetary refunds are given, though every effort is made to see that each client leaves satisfied.
